Question 1

How long does it take to build an online store?

Accepted Answer

Usually 2-3 weeks for the first version, depending on scope and required integrations. For migrations from existing platforms, the timeline also depends on the size of the catalog being transferred.

Question 2

What does the process look like from first contact to launch?

Accepted Answer

We start with an introductory call to understand your needs, then you receive a written quote with scope and timelines, and work begins under the agreed model with regular progress updates.

Question 3

Do you also handle smaller changes to an existing store?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the store is already built on code that's open for us to work with, we're happy to take on smaller tasks or ongoing support.

Question 4

Can I add new features later on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build the system modularly, so we can easily introduce new modules and integrations as your business grows.

Question 5

How is the project price determined?

Accepted Answer

Price depends on catalog scope, the number of integrations, and the level of admin panel customization. See our pricing page for a detailed overview of engagement models.

Question 6

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

Accepted Answer

No, we work in phases or monthly, with clearly defined payment milestones that follow delivered work.

Question 7

Do you offer a monthly engagement model?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but strictly at the client's request - it's not a mandatory part of working together. Since you own the store, the project can keep running without us. For clients who want ongoing development, we offer a monthly model with an agreed number of hours and priority support.

Question 8

What technology do you build stores on?

Accepted Answer

We use a modern, industry-proven stack (Next.js and custom CMS solutions) that provides speed, stability, and easier long-term maintenance.

Question 9

Do you support ERP and CRM integrations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we connect your store to ERP, CRM, accounting software, or any system you already use in your business.

Question 10

Can my store support multiple languages and currencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we build multi-language stores with localized content and multi-currency support, for selling across different markets.

Question 11

Can the store also have a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the same system can serve as the foundation for a native iOS and Android app, with the same features and catalog.

Question 12

Who owns the code and data after the project is done?

Accepted Answer

You own the store, the code, and the data. You don't depend on closed platforms or their rules, and the project can keep running without us if you ever decide to.

Question 13

Do you offer support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it's not a mandatory monthly charge - you own the code and data, so you decide if and when you need support. If you'd like, we offer regular maintenance, monitoring, and technical support as an optional service, under an agreed model.

Question 14

Do I get documentation for further development?

Accepted Answer

Yes, along with the source code you get documentation of the deployment process, so your team or another developer can easily take over further development.

Question 15

Does migrating from an existing platform mean losing sales?

Accepted Answer

No, we plan migrations in parallel with your current store's operation, so customers don't experience any disruption during the switch.

Question 16

Do I have to pay for monthly maintenance?

Accepted Answer

No. Since you own the store, monthly maintenance isn't mandatory and isn't billed automatically. If you'd still like us to keep maintaining and developing the system, we offer that as an optional service, by agreement.
